The GYROTONIC® Level 1 Update Course is a 3-day continuing education program designed for certified Gyrotonic® trainers. It allows instructors to review, refine, and update their knowledge of the Gyrotonic® Level 1 curriculum.

Course Overview

• Purpose: Acts as a reset for teaching, focusing on the core Level 1 language, foundational principles, and subtle details that refine client sessions.

• License Renewal: Officially accredited as continuing education hours for maintaining a GYROTONIC® trademark license.

• Content: Covers deep dives into the execution and tactile/verbal cueing of Level 1 exercises, helping experienced instructors maintain high standards and fresh perspectives in their studios.

GYROTONIC® 第一階段複習課程是一個為期 3 天的持續教育課程，專為認證的Gyrotonic®教練設計。教練們複習、精進並更新他們對 GYROTONIC® 第一階段課程大綱的知識。

課程概述

• 目的： 作為教學的Reset，專注於第一階段的核心語言、基礎原則以及精進客戶課程的微小細節。
• 執照更新： 認可為 GYROTONIC® 商標執照所需的持續教育時數。
• 內容： 深入探討Gyrotonic® Level 1 動作的執行方式以及觸覺/口頭提示，協助教練在工作室中以全新的視角維持高標準教學。

Important Prerequisites & Eligibility

1.Prerequisite - Successful completion of the Gyrotonic® Level 1 License.
2.CEC Credit: This course fulfills bi-annual Continuing Education Credit (CEC) requirements for certified trainers.

Terms and Conditions

1.If a registered student requests a cancellation and refund 45 days or more prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, the company will issue a refund for the remaining balance after deducting a 10% processing fee from the paid amount.
2.If a registered student fails to request a cancellation and refund at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, no refund will be issued.
3.Student registrations may not be transferred to another person after registration without the prior written consent of the company.

1.報名資格：須順利完成嬋柔第一階段認證。
2.持續教育學分（CEC）： 本課程符合認證教練每兩年一次的持續教育學分（CEC）時數要求。

條款及細則

1.報名之學員如於報名完成後，於開課45天前申請取消退費，本公司將扣除報名之學員所繳金額以10%計之手續費後，餘額退費。
2.報名之學員如未於報名完成後開課45天前申請取消退費，則恕不退費。
3.非經本公司之書面同意，不得於報名以後將學員資格轉讓他人。
