The Pre-training course aims at providing a foundational understanding of the Gyrotonic® Level 1 exercises and preparing students physically for the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Foundation Course. During this course, students focus on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of the exercises on the Pre-Training Course exercise list. Once students have successfully completed the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Pre-Training Course, they may proceed to the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Foundation Course. The foundation course must be taken no later than 3 months after the Pre-training course. After 3 months an extension is required.

預備課程旨在幫助學員建立對嬋柔（Gyrotonic®）第一階段動作的基礎理解，並為進入「第一階段基礎課程」（Foundation Course）做好身體上的準備。在本次課程中，學員將專注於累積嬋柔經驗，並練習預備課程將教授的所有動作，從而建立個人化的理解與體會。成功完成嬋柔第一階段預備課程後，學員即可進階參加「第一階段基礎課程」。基礎課程必須在完成預備課程後的 3 個月內 上完；若超過 3 個月，則須申請延期。

Important Prerequisites & Eligibility

1.Prerequisite - An experienced Gyrotonic® student with a basic understanding of the Gyrotonic® level 1, progression I exercises. Students should take a minimum of ten or more classes with a Licensed Gyrotonic® Trainer before registering for this course.
2.CEC Credit: This course fulfills bi-annual Continuing Education Credit (CEC) requirements for certified trainers.

Terms and Conditions

1.If a registered student requests a cancellation and refund 45 days or more prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, the company will issue a refund for the remaining balance after deducting a 10% processing fee from the paid amount.
2.If a registered student fails to request a cancellation and refund at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, no refund will be issued.
3.Student registrations may not be transferred to another person after registration without the prior written consent of the company.

‍ 先決條件與報名資格

1.報名資格：須為具備經驗的嬋柔學員，並對第一階段動作有基本了解。學員在報名前，須至少跟隨註冊嬋柔教練上過 10 堂或以上的課堂。
2.持續教育學分（CEC）： 本課程符合認證教練每兩年一次的持續教育學分（CEC）時數要求。

條款及細則

1.報名之學員如於報名完成後，於開課45天前申請取消退費，本公司將扣除報名之學員所繳金額以10%計之手續費後，餘額退費。
2.報名之學員如未於報名完成後開課45天前申請取消退費，則恕不退費。
3.非經本公司之書面同意，不得於報名以後將學員資格轉讓他人。
