The Gyrotonic® level 1 Foundation Course aims at providing a more in-depth understanding of the Gyrotonic® Level 1 curriculum and providing students with the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients. During this course, students with be introduced with teaching techniques and principles underlying the Gyrotonic® Level 1 exercise syllabus, as well as the complete Gyrotonic® Level 1 exercise curriculum.

Once students successfully complete the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Foundation Course, they are considered a Gyrotonic® Apprentice. At this stage the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Apprenticeship period begins and students can begin teaching the Gyrotonic® level 1 exercises they have learned in the role of Gyrotonic® Level 1 Apprentice. The apprenticeship license is valid for 1 year. During the one year apprenticeship period, students will finish the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Apprenticeship Review Course, practice teaching hours and the Gyrotonic® Final Certificate Course. Students must spend a minimum of six months in personal practice and practice teaching before they are eligible to attend the final certificate course.

嬋柔®第一階段基礎課程旨在深入探討第一階段的完整課程內容，並賦予學員將這些動作教授給客戶所需的專業技能與技巧。在本次課程中，學員將學習教學技巧、第一階段動作大綱背後的核心原理，以及完整的第一階段練習課程。成功完成嬋柔第一階段基礎課程後，學員即取得「嬋柔實習教練」（Gyrotonic® Apprentice）資格。此階段起進入「第一階段實習期」，學員可以實習教練的身分，開始教授所學的第一階段動作。實習執照有效期為 1 年。在為期一年的實習期內，學員需完成「實習複習課程」（Apprentice Review Course）、實習教學時數以及「最終認證課程」（Final Certificate Course）。學員必須進行至少 6 個月 的個人練習與實習教學，方有資格參加最終認證課程。

Important Prerequisites & Eligibility

1.Prerequisite - Successful completion of the Gyrotonic® Level 1 Pre-Training Course.
2.CEC Credit: This course fulfills bi-annual Continuing Education Credit (CEC) requirements for certified trainers.

Terms and Conditions

1.If a registered student requests a cancellation and refund 45 days or more prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, the company will issue a refund for the remaining balance after deducting a 10% processing fee from the paid amount.
2.If a registered student fails to request a cancellation and refund at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, no refund will be issued.
3.Student registrations may not be transferred to another person after registration without the prior written consent of the company.

1.報名資格：須順利完成「嬋柔第一階段預備課程」（Pre-Training Course）。
2.持續教育學分（CEC）： 本課程符合認證教練每兩年一次的持續教育學分（CEC）時數要求。

條款及細則

1.報名之學員如於報名完成後，於開課45天前申請取消退費，本公司將扣除報名之學員所繳金額以10%計之手續費後，餘額退費。
2.報名之學員如未於報名完成後開課45天前申請取消退費，則恕不退費。
3.非經本公司之書面同意，不得於報名以後將學員資格轉讓他人。
