The GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Course – Progression 1 is a specialized continuing education course developed by founder Juliu Horvath. It focuses on respiratory health and circulatory stimulation through rhythmic movement and structured breathing patterns. All circulatory systems of the human body are stimulated systematically, leading to an increase in the flow of blood, nutrients, oxygen and other gases, and as well as hormones to and from cells. In the progression one course, the students learn the fundamentals of the movement and breathing patterns. Core Focus: Teaches fundamental movement and breathing rhythms designed to systematically stimulate all circulatory systems (increasing blood flow, oxygenation, and nutrient delivery) while keeping students within their comfort zone.

GYROKINESIS® 嬋柔心肺呼吸課程 – 階段 1（Cardiovascular Breathing Course – Progression 1） 是由創辦人 Juliu Horvath 開發的專業進修課程。本課程專注於透過有節奏的動作與結構化的呼吸模式，促進呼吸系統健康並刺激血液與體液循環。人體所有的循環系統都會得到系統性的刺激，從而增加血液、營養素、氧氣及其他氣體與荷爾蒙在細胞之間的流動與輸送。在階段 1 的課程中，學員將學習動作與呼吸模式的基礎要領。核心重點： 教授基礎的動作與呼吸節奏，旨在系統性地刺激所有循環系統（增加血液流動、攝氧量及營養輸送），同時確保學員保持在舒適的範圍內。

Important Prerequisites & Eligibility

1.Prerequisite Qualification: You must be a Certified/Licensed GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer with a valid teaching license.
2.Trademark Agreement: trainers holding only a GYROTONIC® license (and not a GYROKINESIS® license) will sign a GYROKINESIS® Trademark License Agreement.
3.CEC Credit: This course fulfills bi-annual Continuing Education Credit (CEC) requirements for certified trainers.

Terms and Conditions

1.If a registered student requests a cancellation and refund 45 days or more prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, the company will issue a refund for the remaining balance after deducting a 10% processing fee from the paid amount.
2.If a registered student fails to request a cancellation and refund at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, no refund will be issued.
3.Student registrations may not be transferred to another person after registration without the prior written consent of the company.

‍ 先決條件與報名資格

1.報名先決資格： 您必須是持有有效教學執照的認證/執業 GYROTONIC® 或 GYROKINESIS® 教練。
2.商標協議：僅持有 GYROTONIC® 執照（未取得GYROKINESIS®執照）的教練，需簽署GYROKINESIS®商標授權協議。
3.CEC 繼續教育學分： 本課程符合認證教練每兩年一次的繼續教育學分（CEC）要求。

條款及細則

1.報名之學員如於報名完成後，於開課45天前申請取消退費，本公司將扣除報名之學員所繳金額以10%計之手續費後，餘額退費。
2.報名之學員如未於報名完成後開課45天前申請取消退費，則恕不退費。
3.非經本公司之書面同意，不得於報名以後將學員資格轉讓他人。
