Gyrotonic® Level 2, Program 1 Pre-Training Course introduces certified Gyrotonic® Level 1 Trainers to advanced Level 2 exercise sequences on the Pulley Tower, physically preparing them for the full Level 2, Program 1 Course. Unlike Level 1, which focuses on core fundamentals and teaching methodology, Level 2 Program 1 emphasizes endurance, multi-dimensional movement ranges, and higher coordination on the Pulley Tower. Students must proceed to the Gyrotonic® Level 2, Program 1 Course within 1 year of completing the pre-training.

Gyrotonic® 第二級第一階段預備培訓課程（Level 2, Program 1 Pre-Training Course）旨在向已獲得認證的 Gyrotonic® 第一級教練介紹 Pulley Tower 上的進階第二級動作系列，為他們參加完整的第二級第一階段課程做好身體上的準備。與著重於核心基礎與教學法的第一級不同，第二級第一階段強調在 Pulley Tower 上的耐力、多維度動作範圍以及更高的協調性。學員必須在完成預備培訓後的一年內，參加 Gyrotonic® 第二級第一階段課程。

Important Prerequisites & Eligibility

1.Prerequisite - Current certification as a Licensed Gyrotonic Level 1 Trainer.
2.CEC Credit: This course fulfills bi-annual Continuing Education Credit (CEC) requirements for certified trainers.

Terms and Conditions

1.If a registered student requests a cancellation and refund 45 days or more prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, the company will issue a refund for the remaining balance after deducting a 10% processing fee from the paid amount.
2.If a registered student fails to request a cancellation and refund at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course after completing registration, no refund will be issued.
3.Student registrations may not be transferred to another person after registration without the prior written consent of the company.

‍ 先決條件與報名資格

1.報名資格：須為註冊Level 1 嬋柔教練。
2.持續教育學分（CEC）： 本課程符合認證教練每兩年一次的持續教育學分（CEC）時數要求。

條款及細則

1.報名之學員如於報名完成後，於開課45天前申請取消退費，本公司將扣除報名之學員所繳金額以10%計之手續費後，餘額退費。
2.報名之學員如未於報名完成後開課45天前申請取消退費，則恕不退費。
3.非經本公司之書面同意，不得於報名以後將學員資格轉讓他人。
